I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2000 with a flue performance degree. I joined the U.S. Army in 2001 as an Army bandsman. My first duty station was Heidelberg, GE where I was soloist and toured through 19 countries. I transferred to Ft. McPherson, GA in 2004 and fulfilled my full enlistment in 2008. I am now pursuing initial licensure/Master's in Education at Georgia State University.
